The Scrib3d model you linked to is for children. Pens in this group don’t use standard PLA filament (those multi-color packs advertised on Amazon are not standard PLA). There is a Scrib3d model listed at 59.99, which will have better controls and able to work with standard PLA. I expect the MYNT3D model to be similar.
I don’t know what makes the 3Doodler worth $160.
What are you aiming to make, if you don’t want to invest in a printer? I use an adult grade 3D pen to weld parts together (I print large models in parts and 3D print the seams, rather than glue). These pens are good for that, but I can’t see someone trying to print any reasonable model by hand with a pen.
