# Brass, Stainless, Hardened Steel Nozzles?

Stainless steel has always been my favourite!

I find it is the best mixture between longevity and thermal transfer, so kind of the best of both worlds. The only time I will really use hardened steel is if I am printing carbon fiber, although in the past I have printed it fine on stainless steel.
