I thought I had most things getting dialed in, but now this is happening,
Is this LinAdv, Junction Deviation, or something else?
I calibrated things in at these settings,
LinAdv, 0.90 on Bowden
Junct dev 0.040
Accel 700
Any advise?

I’m thinking it is related to printing at 0.3mm with a 0.4mm nozzle. Prusaslicer is keeping the extrusion width at 0.45mm, so it’s not sticking the perimeters to each other well
I spun up a cross section in 360.
0.45mm extrusion width, layer height 0.3mm, 0.2mm, 0.1mm. Look at the empty space difference between 0.3 and 0.1mm.
I’m guessing that’s why I had weak perimeter inter-adhesion
Hey first check to see if there is a clog or the nozzle is worn. I see that by times when I am slightly under extruding a touch. It could also be that the z calibration is off a touch as well.
With a 0.4 nozzle and a 0.3 layer height (super draft) you could try 0.5 extrusion width. But in draft you might need to clow the speed down you could be attempting to push more filament that the hotend can manage also resulting in slight under extrusion, and gaps.
Yeah, thanks, I will look at all those things for sure.
I expect it might be just pushing volume flow a bit too hard.
the easy test is just do a test print something small and make a big cut to the print speed.
