After a few nice layers, despite a bed levelled, my nozzle get in direct contact with my piece.
Making live Z axis adjustment is useless.

I took a look. To my perspective it looks like the nozzle is too close to the bed. It isn’t easy to see in the video. I think that if you took a still of a calibration target (tons of them something like this First layer calibration by stoempie - Thingiverse) it might be more useful in our ability to assist. Half the battle is to demonstrate to the community what has gone wrong.
