# Error Key 111: Unkown Exception

I replaced the Hot end and Adapter Card on my K1 Max. All of the wires are connected correctly. I am still receiving an Error: Key 111 Unknown Exception message.

I cannot even run the self check feature. Can someone help me to fix this? What am I doing wrong?

It’s a board connection issue, where the troubleshooting should help .
