Has anyone used Unveil Form’s PETG? How did it perform at 200 -300 mm/s printing speeds?

Thanks

I have used Unveil PLA and run it through my Bambu H2S, it prints like a dream and fairly inepensive. I have yet to try the PETG but based on the quality of the PLA I would not hesitate to give it a go.

I’ve used two rolls of black and have a roll of white and a roll of orange. I get good quality, strong prints from all 3. But, I caution that you must make sure that the filament is dried to to 10% or less relative humidity or you may get layer adhesion problems on large prints. I use it in an enclosed Bambu P1S with a 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle.
Have fun printing with it. Cheers.

I’ve done some tests with our PETG here at the store!

Testing max volumetric flow for Unveil Form’s Black Matte PETG on an H2D with a standard 0.4mm nozzle I got about **23 mm/s³**.

**To calculate max print speed:**

Max volumetric flow (mm³/s) ÷ (Line width × Layer height) = Max speed (mm/s)

Printing at a normal 0.2mm layer height, with 0.42mm line width, we get a max printing speed of about **274 mm/s** – so around the same ballpark.

Although I would typically knock that down 90% for better quality, so maybe 247 mm/s is a more reasonable ask.

The Unveil Form Matte PETG looks to sit right in between Bambu Lab’s discontinued PETG-HF (25mm/s³) and their newer PETG Basic (21mm/s³) in terms of max volumetric flow, so pretty respectable.

If you’re curious how it compares to the rest of the PETG we stock, I made a video about this here: [https://youtu.be/uDBimYFa8kc](https://youtu.be/uDBimYFa8kc)

Thanks… That’s excellent info. I’m testing now on a K1 max and K2 plus using 18mm3/sec and 200mm/s outer wall with 300mm/s inner wall. So far so good. I took a bit of a chance and bought 35kg!
