Noise from base

I completed a print a couple of days ago, turned the machine off. Today I turned it back on and it started making a terrible noise from the base. Seemed to reduce once on for a while. Printing dosent seem to be affected.
Any insight?

there is a cooling fan down there to keep the control board cool, Either a wire or a piece of debris has fallen close to the fan blades and is rubbing. Pull the bottom off and you can reroute or zip tie the wire out of the way.

Careful when you pull the base off, the wire for the fan is generally very short, if you are not aware of it you can rip it out and destroy the fan. Just work it slowly and don’t pull too hard, It does come apart easily.
