I have a Mole scanner and Connect for iOS. I don’t have a compatible phone. You need a 12 or higher. The Mole works great. But I need it potable. Cones with the power bank. Only thing missing is the phone cable

Hi, do you still have the scanner? If you do, would you be willing to help me out with an issue I am having with mine. I just bought the scanner 2nd hand, and when it arrived, the little sleeve at the end of the cable where it plugs into the scanner was off the cable. It can be put back on easily, but it can go on in 2 different orientations at 180 degrees to each other. What I need is to find which way the sleeve is supposed to go on. To find out which way, you would just have to pull off the sleeve.( it comes off fairly easy) Make sure you keep an eye on the orientation. Check to see which way the red dot aligns to the end. there is a notch on one side of the end , and a smooth side 180 degrees on the other side. See attached pics.
