3D printed back brace

We would like to share one of our recent prints for a medical services innovator based in Montreal, Quebec. They approached us with a back brace design to manufacture. The challenge with this project was that large, flat prints will warp easily because of uneven cooling across the item. We printed the brace with Nylon 12 for it’s strength and biocompatibility, using an HP Multi Jet Fusion 5200 3D printer for it’s large build size, fine detail and print density.
