So I’ve been printing with TOU from 3D Printing Canada and it keeps jamming because the diameter of the filament changes ever so slightly at random intervals and it can’t fit through the hotend. Had this happened to anyone?

What speeds and retraction settings are you using? And what printer are you printing it on?

Hi @chrisofdeath I have printed some TPU from 3dpc house brand and Sakata. Also the house brand of TPE. I had no issues with a Prusa MK3s+ with any of the three. (or Stainsmart TPU)
I wonder if it is being kinked or stretched? It is very odd to have changing diameters these days QC is usually quite good and automation checking is quite common.
