AI Faults any suggestions

I have had my Creality K1 Max in a couple of time and was told that the AI was working. When trying my first print I get the message as seen

AI Detection Problem. Prior to bringing it in I proceeded by continuing the print and the extruder dug into the plate. With that said I have turned off the AI and it works fine. Any other suggestions, or just continue with the AI off!

AI detection prompt Key:103,

A print quality problem has been detected and printing has been paused First layer detection resulting, print paused

  1. If false trigger or user decides it’s safe to continue, click to summarize print on machine screen, slicing software or Creativity Cloud 2. If print failure, clean machine and restart printing 3. To to disable feature, go to System Settings - Camera - AI Function

The AI detects something wrong, it stopped my printer because the print was lifting. I have also had it stop and couldn’t find a problem and continued the print without a problem. So there can be false errors. Why it dug into the bed is “weird”. Possibly there was a problem with the automatic Z offset so it stopped the print, that would explain it lowering the extruder to far.
If it works OK without the AI then that might be the simplest solution unless someone else has a better answer.
