Anybody have experience with Exoslide?

I’ve just converted a CoreXY printer to using Exoslide from linear rails and I find that the gantry won’t stay square:

You can’t see it in the image above, but the gantry is twisted about 5 degrees clockwise when the printer starts moving. I’m using two Exoslides (and following the company’s design rules) on each side of the gantry. It is twisting toward the end that has space for wheels if I were going to have four Exoslides.

For the toolhead, I’m using three Exoslides to mount a Micro Swiss NG extruder - that seems to be working very well and even though I only have four or five hours on it, I would recommend the NG as something worth having.

I replaced the Exoslide bearings with linear rails and no more twisting:

I’ll follow up with Exoslide and see what they say about it and pass along the information.

@Jason uses it on his machine. Maybe he can chime in.

I did mine up before he had the kit, this is now i configured mine ive had no twisting at all.

Its one of my most predictable printers. I actually only print cf filiments on it would not affect anything in the gantry though
