Anycubic Kobra 2 Neo Calibration issues

When I use the Auto Level feature on my Anycubic Kobra 2 Neo, it works fine until it gets to the calibration part where the extruder goes over the sensor. The print bed vibrates and I get “Calibration Abnormal” on the screen. I’m not sure what the problem could be, adjusting the belt tensions doesn’t have any effect.

I’m not familiar with that printer so this is a shot in the dark. I assume that the sensor and the extruder don’t touch???

I know this is old but i think i solved the problem. A lot of people are facing this issue with no real help. Some people are saying its the offset sensor, the one that the nozzle presses to indicate its current position. Well its not the switch as much as its the cable. Because its part of the wire harness for the hotbed, the rapid and lot of back and forth movement has created a break in the cable to the switch. I took mine out and put my multimeter on continuity and yep, their is a line break on the red wire. Since i couldn’t find a replacement, I just cut about 3 to 4 inch from the connector on either end and splice a new 28guage wire in. Solved the bed jitter when calibration.
