Anyone running a BIQU H2 Extruder?

I just use defaults in Cura 4.x for the most part. For the machine I selected the BIQU one (it uses the same extruder) and then I just adjusted the bed size to match the ender 3 max. If it’s grinding still after using those klipper settings then it’s most likely defective. I’ve read a few other situations like yours, the early models had a very very tight tolerance for filament which caused lots of issues. Have you tried different filament by chance or measured your filament size? I also remember reading that some users had to disassemble and reassemble the gears for pulling filament …

Ah, good call on using the Biqu BX Cura profile, I’ll try that now, and edit the bed size accordingly, like you did.
