I use custom printed parchment paper from Wax Paper Global for baking and wrapping, and honestly, it doesn’t change the taste at all, even at 400 degrees. From what I’ve learned from them, they use food-safe, water-based inks and offset printers. As a chef and bakery owner, taste is everything to me, and I’m all in on their product. This is just my experience, but feel free to do your own homework if you want.
