I always clean the nozzles by cold pulling. It really solves the issue when they are under extruding. But is it worth it, or would it be better to get a new nozzle right away?
Here is the result of my latest cold pull with nylon, FRom 260C to 120C.

It really depends. Is it worth it to you? It is not really a question others can answer. I don’t generally do cold pulls, I use needles but same thing. I do, as I use E3D x nozzle they are expensive and don’t wear out. If I was using a cheap brass one, for me they wear so fast that I would just replace it.
It is for each to decide really.
I like doing the cold pull because I can see what is inside the nozzle. It helps me diagnose under extrusion when I can’t find any other issue.
