I have tried to outline some of the common connectors used in 3D printers, I have included Descriptors and 3rd party suppliers for the various connectors you may find on a 3D Printer. The entire Duet Mainboard uses the same type of connectors
The Power connectors input and Heater connectors (E0 and E1) output require Ferrule connectors, Please do not “Tin” the end of these connectors with solder and use this way. These connectors are designed to be used with Ferrule connectors that will allow proper connections. Amazon
Most of these white connectors on the control board that will be used for Sensors and Stepper motor connectors are called a Molex KK type connector with a 2.54mm pitch. You can purchase and entire bag of connectors and pins from most Duet resellers.

Digikey has an entire Kit.
On a typical 3D printer the Connectors on the stepper motors are called a JST-PH 2mm pitch.
DigiKey also has a kit for these as well located here.
On a Printer the stepper motor connectors are called JST-SM 2.54mm pitch
The most cost effective kit I was able to find was on Amazon
These connectors are pretty common on Creality and other end user units. they can be used on the top of the hot end for extruder motor, End stops, Bltouch and Fans.
For the Bltouch probe itself, (Probe side) In case you would ever need to replace it the connector is called Molex PicoBlade,
1.25mm MX Connector. Here is a link to purchase a kit off of Amazon.

Some new style connectors in use on some newer printers are called a Molex Micro-Fit 3.0 Vertical, The connectors are as follows

a similar also have a different connector. They are called a Molex Microfit 3.0

To use any of these connectors you may need special crimpers or other equipment.
