Cr 10 MAX help needed

Hi there! Having some issues with my new to me cr 10 max.

Recently new nozzle
New magnetic buildplate.
E steps are fine
Everytgings tight
Slicer cura
Pla+ temp 200-205 tried e sun brand
Bed 60-70 tried
Its printing level now, but has some wonkey layer lines.
Unsure of what else to check.

I did have some warping in a larger square and the left side looked un level but thats since resolved.
I did try changing the flow rate to 90
Speed is 35 I believe

Any suggestions or help on this is greatly appreciated! I live pretty remote and cant just take it in somewhere easily.

Hi Melskie, you may try to tighten your xyz belts, v-slot wheels and inspect mechanical components(screws on your xyz motor and leadscrew).

Worn or misaligned parts can contribute to layer issues.

Inspection: Manually move the print head and bed to detect any wobbling or looseness.

Adjustment: Tighten the eccentric nuts on the V-rollers to eliminate play, ensuring smooth movement.

Belt Tension: Check that belts are neither too tight nor too loose, as improper tension can cause layer shifts.

Frame Stability: Ensure all frame screws are tightened to maintain the printer’s rigidity.
