For the Printer setup, I used a CR-10 Max and updated the retractions from 6.5 to .5mm

I thought I would throw in an update to this thread with my prusaslicer profile for the CR-M4!
I have been using the profile for a little while now and it works like a charm.
The file can be downloaded from here, If you have any questions or problems with it just let me know!

@Jason looks like your file is password protected for the Cura Profile!
Hi @REAPER - @Matthew’s not in the office today, so I thought I would chime in here. Jason originally posted a file for Cura, while Matthew’s is a Prusa Slicer profile.
