Creality Hi - error 2408

Hi all!

We picked up a Creality Hi today. We got it all assembled and powered it up. During the initial self check, it stops at the nozzle heating check with an error 2408, “Unknown exception”. I’ve checked all the connections we did, and took the shroud off the print head and checked all the connections there. Everything looks correct.

Any ideas?

Nevermind! I figured it out! :grinning_face:

I decided to take apart the gantry. When I lifted it out of the base, I found that the 3” cable from the right Z stepper was disconnected at the stepper end. Doesn’t seem like the most secure connector; I might put a dab of glue on it if this happens again.

I hope that helps anyone else that has one of these in the future.
