dose this motherboard e3 free-runs tmc2209 work ender 5 plus or can i get it to work with it

Is this an aftermarket Mainboard you are installing?

Unfortunately, it will not support the 5plus. Technically you need 2 Z-axis ports to be able to operate it. or a spare Axis stepper. ON this board you do not have either. I do not think this is a good option for you.
