Hello - newbie here, I purchased and Ender3 max and it has been a nightmare of a machine. It took almost 4 months for me to get it running ok. Not great but ok while I learn how to print. However, now my screen is blank? It glows bright blue but has no images at all. the fans power up, the BL touch is lit up red but that is all I get. What do I need to do with this paperweight now? I am not a real tech savy soul but get by alright - any advice for this old gal?.
