Ender 3 do these pics look ok as I am unsure what the finished item should look like? This file came already on the SD card.

looks pretty good from here.
not bad! once you get used to the printer and the various settings there is some tuning that can be done to improve it. Take some time before you tinker to become familiar with the process. They you will understand what the changes are doing.
