Ender 3 S1 Damaged Nozzle? AKA I am an idiot

Ok so I have an Ender 3 S1 and I got super excited and printed before removing the previous print. I caught it fairly fast but it did shred up the top of another model. I then also changed PLA brands to the Black Standard that 3D Printing Canada sells. I have had a lot of issues such as curling (I increased the build plate temp), constant extrusion (I lowered the nozzle temp), etc, etc. I cleaned the nozzle, relevelled the bed, cleaned the build plate and more. I have major stringing issues and nothing seems to stick to the build plate properly. Should I just replace the nozzle at this point? I was printing fine before this with cheap PLA at 205/60. Now I am at 200/70 then down to 65 after the first layer. If I do replace the nozzle any suggestions for an upgrade? Please help!
