Ender 3 S1 extruder noise

Hi, I have an ender 3 S1. the other night I had some filament get stuck around where the heartbreak is. I cleared it out and it is printing great, but for some reason its now making a squeaky noise on and off as it prints. I am using a 1mm nozzle to print faster for my current project, and am not sure what could be the cause, all I know is it is coming from the extruder region. Unfortunately I am unsure how to attach a video but I do have a video of it making this noise, so if someone tells me how to attach it I would be more than happy to.

Thanks

Just drag and drop. Fingers crossed it works for pics.

unfortunately since its a video it wont let me upload it, sorry :frowning:

any insights though would be appreciated

I’m assuming it has embossed wheels to drive the filament. Is there any where that it should be lubricated.

That I am unsure of. I have had the printer for 3 years and have yet to run into an issue. If I did need to apply lubrication to the mechanism what would you recommend I use

I’m not familiar with that printer so I can’t give you direct answer but they tend to be alike. if it didn’t make the noise before it was worked on and now it does then it stands to reason that it didn’t go back together completely right. It could be fairly simple as the drive wheels are to tight or not in the exact spot they need to be. With out running it I can’t say.
