I’m sorry for the late response. After weeks of working with Creality and no results I found an answer on you tube. (3D Run Down). My bed was badly warped. I tried a glass bed form one of my E3 MAX printers and started getting good prints. After more than 8 weeks with no solutions, Creality finally agreed to send me a new hot bed and a new E3 MAX glass bed. It is a little quirky with the oversize bed but it is printing just fine. I have used the printer every day for the last 2 months with only an occasional small problem, but that is 3D printing. Thanks for the help. Jim
