I am having difficulty with the base layers for the supports for my ender 3 s1 pro, any thoughts as to why they look like this?
It looks like the z height is too close. It might also be a nozzle clog or filament jam, or extruder issue. Z height is most likely then filament. Not enough plastic is on the bed it is just a matter of finding the reason.
I have no experience with the Ender 3 S1 but have a thought.
I have found that on the newer printers that have automatic Z offset (I don’t know if this printer does or not), pressure advance is now something that has to be tuned in. This is something that once set should be good to go but my own experience is that it can be erratic at times and first layers suffer. Just an idea.
