I’ve had multiple failures like this. This happened all of a sudden and has continued for the last 5 prints.
I’m printing with pla at 215.
are you printing with a large nozzle? Not a solution just a question.

I’m printing with a .4 nozzle.
In my experience the most common cause of a layer shift is the cabling/Bowden tube getting caught on something.

something catching is absolutely a possibility. Are all the prints at roughly the same height?

I would agree, some cable is getting caught and pulling on the X axis
