I tried to print the cat model from my new ender 3 and it failed midprint always. As I see it loses the layer distance and clogs. But when I tried to use the starter coil (same characteristics with the new one I think) it completed the print. Is it the layer config? The starter coil is white and the new one is black. Both are 1.75 PLA.
it is likely bad g code. Try slicing the cat model yourself and trying again.
