H2C Maintenence

I am hitting around 350-370 hours on thr H2C and was wondering what others are doing regarding what maintenance and at what intervals. Best videos for maintenance??

Can’t comment - as I’ve mentioned elsewhere, I’m a CR-10 Smart Pro user. I’d go with, if it looks dirty, clean it. lightly re-lube things that should have lube. Be sure to have spare nozzles/hot ends handy (I “blew” through 5 or 6 one weekend due to a bad cable. Still not 100% certain the thermistors are ok or not, but all are now suspect.)

I don’t know the Bambu’s from a hole in the ground, but check belt tension? Wish I could offer you more PapaStove.

thank you for replying I am looking for specific users who are using this specific machine for feedback. But appreciate you dropping into the feed.

My tool changers are similar, as is the P2s.

Every few months I clean and dust everything. There is a huge amount of dust produced by PLA and petg. I change filters and blow out the fans. Wear a n100 dust mask the micro particles are bad for you. I also check the lead screws if they are gunky I will clean them (soft cloth) and re lube. I like using a liquid PTFE lube like super lube but the liquid not paste. It doesn’t last as long but is easier to apply and attracts less gunk.I check the nozzles, I use Diamond back and E3D xnossles so they basically do not wear out, my old brass ones I changed all the time, 3 months is rare for me and brass usually weeks for best results.Worn nozzles string a lot.
