Heater block is loose

I have an ender 3v2 with a micro Swiss all metal hot end, what would cause the heater block to come loose?

Is it normal for it to be loose? I notice a good pooling of melted filament around the top of the heater block.

Usually it becomes loose because it wasn’t to temp when installed. It also can just loosen through heat cycling.

Not it should not be loose.

You will need to clean the block and re seat it.

yes, Kite is right, you can also look up “heat tightening”. Anytime you have to change a nozzle or a greater number of cycles you will need to do it.
