How long can the included nozzle be used?

I’m starting sometimes to get some blocking of the nozzle.

I would beleave the hole in the nozzle get BIGGER when used - then blocking should not be the case.

It’s a CR10s PRO V2

Personally, I usually end up with a blocked nozzle - I don’t print with white, carbon fibre or other filaments that tend to erode the nozzle.

Regardless, there seems to be little bits of detritus that end up filling up the nozzle and blocking the material flow. It generally happens around 2,000 hours of printing.

About 50% of the time I can clean it out with a “cold pull” but if things don’t improve after doing it a couple of times I replace the nozzle.

I only had PLA printed yet - but a lot of WHITE - what so special about WHITE color ?

Heat creep or boden tube shifting are frequently problems.The video I posted on your other thread will usually solve that problem.
