How to Fix Bambu Lab X1E Power Switch Issue

If experiencing these X1E power switch issues:

  1. The issue is on long prints (over 4 hours), the print stops and the power is off (the power supply switch is still on LED light of the power supply switch is off).

  2. The power supply needs to be cycled before the printer will power. Unplugging and plugging in the power supply will not let the printer boot.

  3. The power button on the top of the printer does not work in the non-powered state.

  4. The printer lights are off inside the printer. The screen is black.

Here’s the solution

  1. Sounds like the power switch may have poor internal contact since the switch is still on, but the LED light of the power supply switch is off. We can replace the Power Switch.
