Please check the following steps.
- When lowering the Z-axis, check for any debris beneath the heated bed, including around the two Z-axis limit switches. Normally, these limit switches remain lit when not triggered and turn off when activated. If debris is present, it may cause accidental triggering, leading to homing failure.
Reseat the cables of Z-axis lead screw motors and limit switch. If there is glue, carefully remove it. Please follow the video

Confirm that the connection line of the heat bed is not pulled or interfered.

Restart the device and observe whether the Z axis return to zero function returns to normal.
