Try the following to fix the optical sensor and stepper motor. Here’s a guide on how to remove the bottom cover and access the stepper motor and optical sensor
- Remove the six screws and open the bottom cover.

- Check the optical sensors(red circle) at the bottom beside the stepper motor if there are obstacles. Try to unplug and re-plug the cables of the stepper motor and the optical sensor. Sometimes the connector moves during shipping.
