Shanghai-based food tech start-up CellX has raised $4.3 million in its second round of funding, having recently debuted its 3D printed cell-based pork meat at a tasting event.

I will 100% try it if I ever get the chance, I’m super interested in 3D printed foods.
I’ve been waiting for ‘Food Ink’ to do their Toronto leg of the ‘world tour’, but their page still says dates to be announced… It still looks pretty cool, a restaurant where all food is printed. WORLD TOUR | Food Ink.
