Is a installing a Hemera on a V3 worth it on a brand new machine or should I wait unit I need to do hot end work? Or is there something else I should use? I’m mostly worried about dealing with the firmware.
I cannot see any noticeable benefit to switching over to a Hemera! The V3 already has a Titan extruder on it which gives you your gear reduction, it has a V6 direct drive, heatsink and hotend. Overall, you are pretty much all set with upgraded components right out of the box!
I would just put a micro Swiss direct drive get on instead easier to work on
