Neat 5 d printer?

I’m not sure if this would be a 5D printer or not, but it was an interesting short video anyway.

I don’t know I guess 5d. regardless it is the end of supports! I want one.

It appears to have 5 DoF (Degrees of Freedom) if you want to be more technically accurate, but I can see where some supports would still be needed in cases where a portion of a model is only slightly above the build surface - for simplicity sake, let’s say 1/2 the diameter of the nozzle tube which itself has to be (I would think) wider than a “standard” nozzle as we know them because the the distance from the nozzle tip to the extruder would have to be at least 1/2 the diameter of the presumably circular build plate and you have to get heat all the way down there, so I would think that tube that leads to the nozzle would have a tubular heater built into it.

Methinks that’s a run-on sentence, but I’m too tired to break it up.

Still I’ll add that to my list of wants for the Prusa XL V2.
