I have a question on supports if anyone can help.
anytime on both my Ender 3 v2 and CR 10 smart pro, all my supports just collapse on themselves.
I use both Creality slicer and Cura default support settings.
Changes I have tried, Pattern - zig zag - lines - grid and gyroid - all have failed
Switched from normal to tree, seems to work a bit better without collapsing till about 3-4inchs off the build plate.
Are you using automatic supports? Try a different slicer, maybe Prusaslicer.
What do you mean by collapsing on themselves IE: just falling over???
Try increasing your bed temperature 2-5°. 3-4" off the bed will challenge any printer to keep the filament warm.
