Newbie need help

Hi everyone,

I’m a newbie at 3D printing and I need help.

I bought a Wanhao D12 (12/230 with dual extruder) second hand, i’ve been trying for the last 2 days to get it set up so i could print but nothing seems to work.

  1. The on/off switch doesn’t work at all. the printer stays on unless i unplug it.

  2. I tried flashing the firmware but doesn’t work.

  3. downloaded ultimaker cura 5.2.1 but it doesn’t have the D12 in the printers options.

Can anyone help me??
