Newbie question about print strings on output

I’ve been printing for maybe a week. very new to this. I’ve noticed on a few of my prints. Filiment Sprouting off in directions or stringy loops and threads. An example is attached. This is a PLA with recommendations on the roll of between 195 to 220 on the nozzle and no heated bed. This is an ender 3 v3 ke. I’m very happy with the overall setup and assembly of the unit. The tugboat bench mark test was flawless. The table I have it set up on does some swaying when i print. I am unsure if that could be contribute to what I’m seeing. or if perhaps its my filament.

Did you have supports on?

The printer can’t print over huge gaps it looks like you pushed beyond the printers limits, supports print a stand to help bridge gaps.

not even sure how to turn it own.

Depending on the slicer, it will be in supports. Enable supports typically. Most slicers have a search, just look for supports and use the automatic function
