The new Octoeverywhere companion works with the K1/K1max. Just install it on a raspberry pi or equivalent. I put it on spare pi I had but you could could install it on a Pi you are already using for octoprint on a printer. I have the Creality rooted firmware with moonraker/mainsail setup on my K1max. Gadget AI failure detection also works.
