As you can see above when I print vertically the print quality decreases and goes from right to left. Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated.
This appears like a z height issue the bed looks like it is a touch too far from the nozzle. I’d suggest printing first layer calibration patches and tweek it a bit. The bed at highter temps can sit differently than at lower. Petg finds issues and amplifies them.

From here it looks like two different issues.
First of all, your outer layer looks like it’s gapping at the z seam. Check for over-big coasting and retraction numbers.
Secondly, PETG is bendy, esp when warm, so tall skinny pieces may require you to build some lateral support into the model. Sometimes you can literally see the part sway back and forth as it gets pulled by the filament coming out of the extruder.
