So the z axis has just stopped moving. It stopped mid print last night and when trying to move it by 10mm it didn’t move at all but could hear what I think to be the motor going. If any one has any ideas on how to fix this or what it could be that would be great.

If the motor is spinning it is possible that it has disconnected itself from the lead screw, if it uses a flexible coupling you may want to double check that the screws are properly tightened.
