I’ve been following Integza for about a year now. This time, he’s experimenting with a 3D printed rocket nozzle made from a filament from VirtualFoundry which contains metal and PLA. The part is printed on any 3D printer with a .6mm nozzle. You then burn off the PLA and then put the part in a kiln to make a metal part.

I have been following too. I’m a little reluctant to buy a burnout oven though and haven’t investigated it. I could also use such an oven for heat treating and casting brass and aluminum. Also … I need another printer.
