Printing problems with Creality Print 6.2 and Creality CRM4 printer

I cannot get any successful prints using Creality Print 6.2 on my CRM4 printer. Is anyone else having problems printing using the Creality Print 6.2 slicing software.

6.2.2 work just fine but I’m on a K1 MAX
