In Cura You can use a script.
If I try and write in French people point and laugh so I hope you can follow this.
open cura… Extensions → post Processing → Modify G-code-> add a script → pause at height.
There are a bunch of helpful options in there that will be added to your G-Code when you slice and you can add as many as you need
