Dealing with the possible heat from the raspberry pi,what filament would you use to print the case
PLA should be sufficient. If you’re concerned about heat, I’d suggest using a case with a built-in fan.

I just used PLA for mine. Haven’t had any problems yet.
What are you doing with the Pi? Is it for the printer? If so, which one?
I’ve got 2 raspberry Pi 4’s with fans in PLA cases.
It’s been about half a year or so, no signs of warping or damage.
My Pi’s only get up to about 55c at the hottest underload, if yours spikes above 60c I might say to print it in PETG.
