Has anyone experienced problems using Formlabs Nylon12 GF resin. I had a problem getting good prints and wonder if it’s going to be an ongoing issue.
I wouldn’t blame the age alone unless the powder has been stored poorly. Formlabs doesn’t give their SLS powders a fixed shelf life when they’re kept sealed and dry.
I’d first check your refresh ratio and storage conditions, then try a small build with a higher percentage of fresh powder. If that improves things, you’ve at least narrowed it down to the material rather than the printer/settings.
