This may have been covered before! 
This video shows how to calculate and set the parameters for supports that can be easily removed and doesn’t leave a bunch of crap stuck permanently to the model. There will always be a pattern set into the roof above the support but it can be kept to a neat minimum. I tried this on my Ender 3V2 and it really did work just like he showed, for .12, .2,and .28 layer heights. He also has other Cura tutorials, many covering other support topics, worth watching.
